Purpose of the Position
The Pilot is responsible for delivering a superior air transportation experience while upholding the highest safety standards on every flight. Serving as the face of NetJets, the Pilot not only ensures technically precise and secure travel but also cultivates an exceptional service experience for each NetJets Owner and passenger.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safe operation of aircraft from taxi, takeoff, and landing, adhering meticulously to FAA guidelines, OEM Checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM) or Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
- Providing a welcoming pre-flight experience for Owners/passengers, including introductions, flight briefings, itinerary verification, weather updates, safety briefings, and explanations of any itinerary changes.
- Delivering impeccable in-flight service as needed, encompassing the handling of alcohol and catering.
- Loading and securely stowing all baggage on the aircraft.
- Accommodating and conducting flights for Owners traveling with pets and those who smoke.
- Serving as the ultimate authority on their assigned aircraft, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory guidance.
- Acting as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets throughout their journey, from FBO arrival to departure at their final destination.
- Diligently communicating any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to NetJets via the aircraft Maintenance Control Center (MCC) Controller on duty.
- Meticulously completing all paperwork related to maintenance irregularities.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Certifications and Licenses
- Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
- First Class Medical Certificate

Base Salary Range
$69,932 - $95,696
