The Mission:
The Pilot holds the critical responsibility of providing a safe and superior air transportation experience on each and every flight. They are the embodiment of the NetJets brand, ensuring a seamless journey and exceeding expectations for every Owner and passenger.
Responsibilities You Can Expect:
- Execute safe aircraft operations, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM Checklists, NetJets FOM, AOM, and SOPs.
- Welcome Owners/passengers, provide thorough flight briefings, including weather updates, safety procedures, and itinerary details.
- Deliver exceptional in-flight service, including catering management and accommodating special requests.
- Manage baggage handling, ensuring proper loading and stowage.
- Act as primary point of contact for Owners/passengers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival at the FBO to departure at the final destination.
- Communicate any maintenance discrepancies to the NetJets MCC Controller and complete associated paperwork.
Qualifications for Success:
- FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with a multi-engine rating.
- Minimum flight time experience as outlined by FAA regulations (1,500 hours total flight time or variations based on qualifications).
- Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. with unrestricted travel ability.
- Valid State driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
- Impeccable customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- Physical capability to handle in-flight requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Adaptability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and varying time zones.
