Purpose of the Position
The Pilot is responsible for delivering a superior air transportation experience while upholding an exemplary safety record on every flight. As the face of NetJets, the Pilot not only ensures technically proficient and safe flights, but also cultivates an exceptional service experience for each NetJets Owner and passenger.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safe operation of the aircraft throughout all phases of flight, adhering meticulously to FAA guidelines, OEM Checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
- Providing a welcoming pre-flight experience for Owners/passengers, including introductions, detailed flight/trip briefings, itinerary verification, weather updates, and comprehensive safety briefings.
- Delivering impeccable in-flight service as required, including the responsible handling of alcohol and catering services.
- Managing baggage handling, ensuring the proper loading and stowing of all passenger belongings.
- Accommodating and managing flights for Owners traveling with pets or with specific needs, such as smoking preferences.
- Acting as the ultimate authority on the aircraft with regards to all operational aspects, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Serving as the primary liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets, from arrival at the FBO to departure at the final destination.
- Diligently communicating any maintenance discrepancies or abnormalities to the NetJets Maintenance Control Center (MCC) Controller, completing all associated paperwork with precision.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Certifications and Licenses
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
- First Class Medical Certificate

Base Salary Range
$69,932 - $95,696
