Aviation Professional - Lead the Skies with Expertise
This position presents a unique opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated aviation professional to take on a leadership role within Executive Jet Management Europe (EJME). The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of flight operations for an assigned aircraft fleet, ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and service excellence for our valued passengers.

- Safety First: Manage all flight operations for the assigned fleet in strict accordance with established regulations and industry best practices, ensuring an unwavering commitment to safety and operational integrity.
- Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities and implement solutions to optimize operational procedures and enhance overall efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain meticulous oversight of the fleet’s Operational Manual Part B and Cabin Crew Manual, ensuring all documentation aligns with EJME standards and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Crew Management: Develop and implement crew rosters within designated timelines, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and resources.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular inspection flights to evaluate crew performance and identify areas for improvement, contributing to the ongoing refinement of operational policies and procedures.
- Technological Advancement: Remain at the forefront of aviation technology, evaluating new equipment and operational requirements to ensure the fleet remains compliant and operates at peak efficiency.
- Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with the Director of Flight Operations to develop and disseminate fleet-specific directives and procedures, keeping crew members informed and prepared.
- Operational Manuals: Partner with the Cabin Crew and Training & Standards department to maintain accurate and up-to-date Aeroplane Operating Manuals, ensuring pilot access to vital Aircraft Flight Manuals.
- Training Support: Provide expert input to the Training & Standards department on fleet-specific training needs for crew members, ensuring ongoing professional development.
- Maintenance Collaboration: Liaise with the Maintenance department on all fleet-related maintenance issues, guaranteeing the airworthiness of all aircraft and overseeing operational check flights following maintenance procedures.
- Safety Advocate: Collaborate with the Safety department on fleet-specific safety investigations and initiatives, actively promoting a culture of safety throughout EJME.
Soaring Above the Rest - Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a dedication to delivering an exceptional passenger experience. Key qualifications include:
- A minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time
- Proven experience as Pilot in Command
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot License with appropriate type ratings
- European Union Class 1 Medical certification
- A minimum of 500 hours of multi-crew experience
- Successful completion of an upgrade course (Ground school and SIM) - Direct Entry Captains on Non-Commercial Operations may be eligible for a dispensation.
- Completion of line training as a Captain, including the line check for commercial operations.
- Extensive experience flying within European airspace
- A demonstrated history of outstanding professional performance
- Solid background in commercial aviation (EUOPS and/or AIROPS experience is highly advantageous)
- Military or airline training is considered a significant asset
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Fluency in English (Level 6 preferred) with knowledge of two or more European languages considered a plus
