Executive Jet Management, a subsidiary of NetJets and a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking an experienced Pilot in Command for a Global 5000 Vision aircraft based at Bradley, CT (KBDL). This position involves operating under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations, with approximately 400 annual flight hours, split between 100 hours Part 91 and 300 hours Part 135. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated 3-pilot team supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician.

The Pilot in Command is ultimately responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft. This individual will adhere to all company and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include ensuring crewing and trip assignments meet all requirements, conducting thorough flight planning, utilizing Threat and Error Management practices during briefings, and completing all necessary pre-flight checks and maintenance status assessments. The Pilot in Command will also ensure proper ground servicing, deliver detailed passenger briefings, and maintain clear and timely communication with crew and support personnel.

The ideal candidate will be committed to providing quality service to owners and passengers, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, and resolving any service deviations. They will collaborate effectively with crew members and internal partners, ensuring a consistent service experience. Maintaining proficiency and compliance through required training and adherence to the company's Safety Management System is essential.

Applicants must possess extensive international experience and be type-rated in the Global Vision aircraft. Candidates without Global Vision experience will not be considered. Minimum experience requirements include 3500 hours total flight time, 1500 hours Multi Engine Land, 2000 hours Pilot in Command, 500 hours PIC MEL, 300 hours Instrument, and 500 hours Jet. Prior experience in corporate or business aviation is preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $432,000.
