This role is responsible for delivering an elite and personalized air travel experience for NetJets Owners, upholding the highest standards of safety, security, and service.
About the Role
As a brand ambassador for NetJets, the Flight Attendant ensures the safety and security of all passengers within the aircraft cabin. This position requires meticulous attention to detail in pre-flight inspections, providing warm and professional welcomes, and serving as the subject matter expert on all aircraft systems. The role involves sourcing high-quality catering, delivering elevated inflight service, managing cabin baggage, and accommodating special requests such as traveling with pets or permitting smoking onboard. Effective collaboration with internal teams and proactive communication with the Pilot in Command are essential for a seamless and luxurious experience from arrival at the Fixed Base Operator to safe delivery at the destination.

High School Diploma

Minimum of 21 years of age

2-4 years of experience

Prior experience in premium or luxury service industries

Familiarity with high-touch service environments (e.g., private aviation, yachting, Michelin-starred dining, concierge services)

Outstanding communication skills with clarity, professionalism, and poise

Proficiency in personal computing, including Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to occupy assigned jumpseat and secure safety restraints in accordance with FAA regulations

Ability to maneuver safely within aircraft cabin dimensions and operate emergency exits

Availability for a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
-
Exceptional adaptability and ability to perform in dynamic, fast-changing environments

Ability to manage personal rest effectively for duty periods

Willingness and ability to travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days and nights

Eligibility to obtain all necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials

Successful completion of all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background screenings

Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restriction

Valid State-issued driver’s license

Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language

Superior oral and written communication skills, particularly under pressure

Sound judgment and decision-making abilities with acute attention to detail

Ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Qualifications

Must maintain required Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance post-hire

Must successfully complete the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program
