NetJets Aviation, Inc., the global leader in private aviation, is seeking a dedicated Flight Attendant to join their crew in the United States. Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of all passengers within the aircraft cabin.

Adhere strictly to the Flight Attendant Manual, Service Procedures Checklist, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Conduct preflight inspections and provide a warm, professional welcome to Owners and guests.

Serve as a subject matter expert on aircraft safety, comfort, and entertainment systems.

Source high-quality catering from external providers.

Deliver elevated inflight service, including premium beverage and food presentation and execution of bespoke service notes.

Ensure all cabin baggage is correctly and safely stowed.

Accommodate special flight requirements, such as flights with pets or onboard smoking, with discretion.

Collaborate effectively with crew and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Act as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets throughout the travel experience.

Communicate cabin-related maintenance concerns to the Pilot in Command.

Complete administrative duties, including inventory documentation and crew reports.

Maintain the aircraft cabin in a clean and organized state.

Address complex issues and make prompt decisions in dynamic environments.
Requirements

Minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age.

Outstanding communication skills with clarity, professionalism, and poise.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to occupy assigned jumpseat and secure safety restraints per FAA regulations.

Ability to maneuver safely within aircraft cabin dimensions and operate emergency exits.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Exceptional adaptability and ability to perform in dynamic environments.

Ability to manage personal rest effectively for duty periods.
-
Willingness and ability to travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days and nights.

Eligibility to obtain necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials.

Successful completion of TSA background screenings and required clearances.

Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restriction.

Valid State-issued driver’s license.
-
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.

Highly polished, service-oriented appearance and demeanor.

Superior oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure.

Sound judgment and decision-making abilities with acute attention to detail.

Ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.

Comfort working around animals.

Maintenance of required Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance post-hire.

Successful completion of the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program.
Qualifications

High School Diploma.
-
2-4 years of experience.

Prior experience in premium or luxury service industries preferred.

Familiarity with high-touch service environments such as private aviation, yachting, Michelin-starred dining, or concierge services preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts.
