NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Flight Attendant to join their crew in the US. This role involves ensuring the safety and delivering an exceptional in-flight experience for private aviation clients.

The Flight Attendant serves as an ambassador for the NetJets brand, responsible for delivering an elite and personalized air travel experience. This position demands an uncompromising commitment to safety and security, while embodying the pinnacle of private aviation service. The Flight Attendant is expected to lead in safety, provide refined in-flight service, and offer bespoke hospitality, ensuring every flight meets NetJets' unwavering standards.
Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of all passengers within the aircraft cabin, adhering strictly to all manuals and policies.

Conduct pre-flight inspections, welcome passengers, provide briefings, and act as a subject matter expert on aircraft systems.

Source high-quality catering and deliver elevated in-flight service, including premium beverage and food presentation.

Ensure correct and safe stowing of cabin baggage.

Accommodate passengers traveling with pets or permitting smoking onboard with discretion and service excellence.

Collaborate effectively within a crew environment and with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Act as a liaison for passengers from arrival at the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) to their destination.

Communicate any cabin-related maintenance concerns to the Pilot in Command.

Complete all administrative duties accurately.

Maintain the aircraft cabin in a clean and organized state.

Address complex issues and make prompt decisions in dynamic environments.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements

Minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age.

Outstanding communication, professionalism, and poise.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Ability to occupy assigned jumpseat and secure safety restraints as per FAA regulations.

Ability to maneuver safely within aircraft cabin dimensions and operate emergency exits.

Flexible schedule availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Exceptional adaptability and ability to perform in dynamic environments.

Ability to manage personal rest effectively for active duty.

Willingness to travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days and nights.

Eligible to obtain all necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials.

Must successfully pass all TSA background screenings.

Possess a valid passport and maintain the ability to travel internationally without restriction.

Hold a valid State-issued driver’s license.

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.

Highly polished, service-oriented appearance and demeanor.

Superior oral and written communication skills, particularly under pressure.

Sound judgment and decision-making abilities with acute attention to detail.

Ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.

Comfortable working around animals.

Maintain required Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance post-hire.

Must successfully complete the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program.

Prior experience in premium or luxury service industries preferred.

Familiarity with high-touch service environments (e.g., private aviation, yachting, Michelin-starred dining, concierge services) is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts.
