Flight Attendant – NetJets

Purpose of Position
The Flight Attendant serves as the face of NetJets, combining safety leadership with refined inflight service. This role is responsible for delivering an elite, bespoke travel experience that consistently anticipates and exceeds Owner expectations while maintaining uncompromising adherence to safety and operational protocols.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of all passengers in accordance with the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM), Standard Operating Procedures, and all regulatory policies.

Conduct interior preflight inspections and serve as the subject matter expert on aircraft safety, entertainment, and comfort systems.

Deliver elevated inflight service, including premium food and beverage presentation, turndown service, and execution of bespoke Owner profiles.

Source high-quality catering that aligns with luxury standards and individual Owner preferences.

Collaborate effectively with Pilots, Owner Services, and internal teams to provide a seamless travel experience from arrival at the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) to the final destination.

Maintain a clean, organized cabin environment and ensure all cabin baggage is stowed in compliance with safety regulations.

Proactively communicate cabin maintenance needs to the Pilot in Command.

Complete all administrative duties, including inventory management, service reporting, and crew documentation with high attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications

Experience:
2–4 years of experience in premium or luxury service industries, such as private aviation, yachting, concierge services, or Michelin-starred dining.

Education:
High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts is preferred.

Age:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Communication:
Outstanding oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage with professionalism and poise under pressure.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in personal computing, specifically the Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to occupy the assigned jumpseat, secure safety restraints, operate emergency exits, and maneuver within cabin dimensions. Must be able to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally.

Compliance:
Must successfully pass TSA background screenings, obtain all necessary airport/U.S. Customs security credentials, and maintain a valid passport and state-issued driver’s license.

Certification:
Must successfully complete the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program and maintain all required certifications.
Operational Availability
This position requires a flexible schedule, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be willing to work flight duty periods of up to 14 hours daily over an eight-day rotation and travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days. Candidates must be comfortable working around animals and maintaining discretion during flights where smoking may be permitted.
