Flight Attendant – Private Aviation

As a brand ambassador, the Flight Attendant serves as the face of NetJets, ensuring an elite, personalized travel experience while upholding an uncompromising commitment to safety, security, and refined hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of all passengers, maintaining strict adherence to the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM), Service Procedures Checklist, and all regulatory and company policies.

Conduct thorough interior preflight inspections and serve as the subject matter expert on aircraft safety, comfort, and entertainment systems.

Deliver elevated inflight service, including premium food and beverage presentation, turndown service, and the execution of bespoke Owner profiles.

Source high-quality catering that aligns with luxury standards and individual Owner preferences.

Maintain cabin organization and cleanliness, including the proper stowing of cabin baggage.

Provide discreet, service-oriented care for flights involving pets or smoking, in accordance with company policy.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Owner Services and flight crews, to ensure a seamless experience from the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) to the final destination.

Proactively communicate cabin-related maintenance issues to the Pilot in Command.

Complete all administrative duties, including inventory management, service documentation, and required crew reports.
Qualifications and KSAOs

Education:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts preferred.

Experience:
2–4 years of experience required, with preference for backgrounds in luxury service environments such as private aviation, yachting, Michelin-starred dining, or concierge services.

Age:
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to occupy the jumpseat and secure restraints per FAA regulations; capable of maneuvering within cabin dimensions; must be able to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally.

Regulatory Compliance:
Must be eligible to obtain all necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials; must pass all TSA background screenings.

Travel and Schedule:
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be willing to travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days; flight duty periods may last up to 14 hours daily.

Language:
Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.

Documentation:
Must possess a valid passport for international travel and a valid state-issued driver’s license.

Training:
Must successfully complete the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program and maintain all required certifications post-hire.
