Position Purpose
The Flight Attendant serves as a brand ambassador for NetJets, entrusted with delivering an elite, personalized travel experience. This role requires an uncompromising commitment to safety and security, paired with bespoke hospitality that exceeds the expectations of every NetJets Owner.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of all passengers in accordance with the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM) and standard operating procedures.

Conduct interior preflight inspections, provide personalized briefings, and serve as the subject matter expert on aircraft safety, comfort, and entertainment systems.

Source high-quality catering and deliver elevated inflight service, including premium food and beverage presentation and turndown service.

Manage cabin baggage stowage and assist with flights involving pets or smoking, while maintaining discretion.

Collaborate effectively with flight crews, Owner Services, and internal departments to ensure a seamless experience.

Serve as a primary liaison for Owners from the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) through arrival.

Communicate maintenance concerns, manage inventory, complete administrative reporting, and maintain cabin cleanliness.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience:
2–4 years of professional experience; preference for backgrounds in premium or luxury service (private aviation, yachting, Michelin-starred dining, or high-end concierge).

Education:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts preferred.

Age:
Minimum 21 years of age.

Communication:
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with superior oral and written communication skills.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to occupy jumpseats, operate emergency exits, and maneuver within aircraft dimensions. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.

Legal/Compliance:
Must possess a valid passport, a state-issued driver’s license, and the ability to travel internationally. Must be eligible to obtain all required airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials and pass TSA background screenings.

Training:
Must successfully complete the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program and maintain all required certifications.

Availability:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to travel for seven or more consecutive days and nights and manage rest effectively during duty cycles.
