About the Role
The Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, upholding NetJets' commitment to safety and service excellence. This position involves a dual focus on professional aviation and in-flight service provision, ensuring a concierge-level experience for passengers. The Pilot holds ultimate command of the aircraft, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities

Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft from taxi to landing, adhering to all FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, and NetJets Flight Operations Manuals.

Engage with Owners and passengers pre-flight, providing necessary briefings on flight details, itinerary, weather, and safety.

Deliver in-flight services as required, including the service of catering and beverages.

Manage and properly stow all baggage on the aircraft.

Accommodate flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.

Serve as the final authority on aircraft operations, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory guidance.

Act as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets throughout the travel experience.

Communicate and document any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Maintenance Control Center.

Complete all required paperwork related to aircraft maintenance.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

High School Diploma.
-
Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification.

Current First-Class Medical Certificate.

FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.

Valid passport with authorization to work in and travel to/from the U.S. without restriction.

Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Extreme flexibility and ability to adapt to rapid changes.

Ability to manage rest for optimal flight duty preparedness.

Willingness to work extended duty periods and be away from home for extended periods.

Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.

Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening.

Valid State driver's license.

Fluency in spoken and written English.

Ability to make quick, accurate decisions while maintaining attention to detail.

Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Qualifications

FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating.

Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time, or equivalent experience with university R-ATP, military qualification, or specific university R-ATP with multi-engine rating.

200 hours of cross-country (>50 nm) flight time.

250 hours fixed-wing Pilot in Command (PIC) time.

100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.

75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excluding simulator time).

ATP written completed prior to the start of Indoctrination Training.

50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
