The Pilot is entrusted with the safe and superior operation of NetJets aircraft, ensuring a flawless safety record on every flight. Beyond professional aviation expertise, the role demands exceptional service delivery, acting as the primary point of contact and representative of NetJets for Owners and passengers. This includes providing in-flight services, managing baggage, and accommodating specific passenger needs such as traveling with pets or smoking. Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification

Current First Class Medical Certificate

FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit

Valid passport with authorization to work in the U.S. and unrestricted international travel

Valid State driver's license
-
Fluency in English (read, write, speak, understand)

Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and a demonstrated ability to make a positive impression

Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly under pressure

Ability to make quick and accurate decisions with close attention to detail

Ability to exert moderate physical force for lifting and carrying objects

Ability to work with animals and handle pet-related logistics

Ability to conduct flights for Owners who smoke

Willingness to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Exceptional flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes

Ability to manage rest to ensure readiness for flight duty at all times

Understanding of duty limitations and potential for extended travel periods away from home

Ability to obtain necessary airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges

Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening
Qualifications

FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with a multi-engine rating.

Minimum age of 21 years.

Flight time experience requirements include one of the following:
-
1,500 hours total flight time
-
1,250 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate
-
1,000 hours with military pilot qualification
-
1,000 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate
-
200 hours of cross-country (>50 nm) flight time.
-
250 hours of fixed-wing Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
-
100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with at least 45 night takeoffs and landings.
-
75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excluding simulator time).
-
ATP written exam completed prior to the start of Indoctrination Training.
-
50 hours of fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
