The Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, ensuring a superior travel experience for every passenger. This position requires a professional demeanor, technical aviation expertise, and the ability to deliver an exceptional, concierge-level service, acting as both a skilled aviator and an in-flight service provider. The Pilot is the ultimate authority on the aircraft, maintaining rigorous safety standards and serving as a key liaison between passengers and NetJets.
Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification.

Current First-Class Medical Certificate.

FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.

Valid passport with authorization to work in and travel internationally without restriction.

Valid State driver's license.

Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and the ability to make a positive impression.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure.

Ability to make quick, accurate decisions with close attention to detail, both technically and from a service perspective.

Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, or 10 pounds constantly to move objects.

Ability to work around animals and handle their care during flights.

Ability to conduct flights for Owners who smoke.

Willingness to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Extreme flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes.

Ability to manage rest to be prepared for flight duty at all times.

Readiness for duty durations up to fourteen hours per day for up to eight days, potentially spanning different time zones and weather conditions.

Ability to be away from home for seven or more consecutive days and nights.

Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.

Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening.
Qualifications

FAA ATP, Restricted ATP (R-ATP), or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or R-ATP certificate with multi-engine rating, including:

At least 21 years of age.

1,500 hours of total flight time, or
-
1,250 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate, or
-
1,000 hours with military pilot qualification, or
-
1,000 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
-
200 hours of cross-country (>50 nm) flight time.
-
250 hours of fixed-wing Pilot-In-Command (PIC) time.
-
100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with a minimum of 45 night takeoffs and landings.

75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excluding simulator time).
-
ATP written completed prior to the start of Indoctrination Training.
-
50 hours of fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
