NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Pilot (First Officer) to join their team in the Midwest Region. This role focuses on providing a superior and safe air transportation experience for private aviation clients.
About the Role
The Pilot is responsible for the safe and professional operation of the aircraft, ensuring an exceptional service experience for NetJets Owners and passengers. This role requires a versatile individual capable of performing technical flying duties alongside in-flight service and logistical support, acting as the primary point of contact and service provider from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities

Safely operate the aircraft in accordance with FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, and company manuals.

Greet and brief passengers, providing itinerary verification, weather updates, and safety briefings.

Deliver in-flight services, including catering and alcohol service.

Load and secure baggage onboard the aircraft.

Accommodate passengers with pets and those who smoke.

Act as the final authority on all aircraft operations and compliance with safety regulations.

Serve as a liaison between passengers and NetJets throughout the journey.

Communicate and document any aircraft maintenance issues to the Maintenance Control Center.
Requirements

High School Diploma.

Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification.

First Class Medical Certificate.

At least 21 years of age.

Minimum flight hour requirements: 1,500 total flight hours, or 1,250/1,000 hours with specific university R-ATP certificates or military qualifications.

Specific cross-country, PIC, night flying, instrument time, and multi-engine experience.

ATP written exam completed prior to indoctrination training.

FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.

Valid passport and authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction.

Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes.

Ability to manage rest for flight duty preparedness.

Willingness to travel and be away from home for extended periods.

Ability to secure appropriate airport and customs security badges.

Must pass TSA background screening.

Valid United States passport for international travel.

Valid State driver's license.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially under pressure.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
