NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Pilot (First Officer) to join their crewmember team across various locations in the South Central Region of the United States. This role is integral to providing a superior private aviation experience, characterized by unwavering safety and exceptional passenger service.

About the Role

The Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, ensuring a seamless travel experience for NetJets Owners and passengers. This position demands a high level of professionalism, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to customer service, often requiring the Pilot to act as both a professional aviator and an in-flight service provider. The Pilot maintains ultimate command of the aircraft at all times.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft in accordance with FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
• Greet and brief passengers on flight details, itinerary, and safety information.
• Provide in-flight service, including the serving of catering and handling of alcohol.
• Load and properly stow all baggage on the aircraft.
• Accommodate flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
• Act as the final authority on all aspects of aircraft operation, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidance.
• Serve as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets throughout the journey.
• Communicate and document any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Company via the Maintenance Control Center (MCC).

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma

Certifications and Licenses

• Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
• First Class Medical Certificate

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• FAA ATP, Restricted ATP (R-ATP), or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with a multi-engine rating.
• Minimum flight time experience requirements as per FAA regulations (e.g., 1,500 hours total flight time, or adjusted hours with specific qualifications).
• Specific flight hour breakdowns including cross-country, PIC, night flying, instrument time, and multi-engine time.
• ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training.
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
• Valid passport and authorization to work in the U.S. with unrestricted international travel.
• Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes and manage rest to ensure flight duty preparedness.
• Ability to secure appropriate airport and U.S. Customs security badges.
• Pass Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background screening.
• Valid United States passport allowing international travel without restrictions.
• Valid State driver's license.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong service orientation with a neat appearance and ability to make a positive impression.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure.
• Ability to make quick, accurate decisions with close attention to detail.
• Physical ability to exert force occasionally and frequently to move objects.
• Willingness and ability to work around animals and accommodate smoking passengers.
