Pilot - NetJets
NetJets, the global leader in private aviation, is seeking a Pilot to provide a superior air transportation experience with an unparalleled safety record. This role involves operating aircraft, delivering exceptional service to NetJets Owners and passengers, and acting as the company's representative from arrival to departure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft while ensuring a concierge-level service experience.
About the Role

Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft from taxi to landing, adhering to all FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).

Greet and brief passengers, providing updates on flight details, itinerary, and weather.

Provide in-flight service, including serving catering and handling alcohol.

Manage and properly stow all baggage on board.

Accommodate flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.

Serve as the final authority on aircraft operations and compliance with safety and regulatory guidance.

Act as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets throughout the trip.

Communicate and document any aircraft maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
Requirements
-
High School Diploma.
-
Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification.
-
Current First Class Medical Certificate.
-
FAA ATP, Restricted ATP (R-ATP), or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating as follows (IAW 61.160):

At least 21 years of age.
-
1,500 hours total flight time experience, or
-
1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate, or
-
1,000 hours with military pilot qualification, or
-
1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate.

200 hours cross-country (>50 nm) flight time.
-
250 hours fixed-wing Pilot in Command (PIC).
-
100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.

75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excludes simulator time).
-
50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
-
ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training.

FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.

Valid passport and authorization to work in the U.S. and travel internationally without restriction.

Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Extreme flexibility and ability to adjust to rapid changes.
-
Ability to manage rest to be prepared for flight duty at all times.
-
Willingness to be away from home for extended periods, potentially up to eight days at a time, and manage different time zones and weather conditions.

Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.

Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening.

Valid United States passport.

Valid State driver's license.

Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.

Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and a demonstrated ability to make a positive impression and interact effectively with passengers.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure.

Ability to make quick and accurate decisions while paying close attention to detail.

Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Ability to work around animals.

Ability to conduct flights for Owners who smoke.
