About the Role
The Pilot is entrusted with the safe and efficient operation of NetJets aircraft, adhering strictly to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, and company manuals. Beyond technical flying duties, this position requires a dedication to providing a superior, concierge-level service experience. Responsibilities include pre-flight briefings, in-flight service, baggage handling, accommodating specific passenger needs such as pets and smoking, and acting as the primary liaison between passengers and NetJets. The Pilot is the ultimate authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and meticulously communicating any aircraft discrepancies.
Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification.

Current First Class Medical Certificate.

FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.

Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel internationally without restriction.

Valid passport.

Valid State driver's license.

Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.

Exceptional service-orientation with a professional and well-groomed appearance.

Demonstrated ability to make a positive impression and effectively interact with passengers.

Qualifications

FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with a multi-engine rating, including:

At least 21 years of age.

1,500 hours total flight time experience, or adjusted hours with appropriate qualifications (e.g., university R-ATP, military pilot qualification).

200 hours cross-country flight time.
-
250 hours fixed-wing Pilot-In-Command (PIC) time.

100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with a specific number of night takeoffs and landings.

75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excluding simulator time).

50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.

ATP written exam completed prior to the start of Indoctrination Training.
