Based in an unspecified location, this role involves providing superior service to NetJets Owners and passengers, acting as both a professional aviator and an in-flight service provider.
About the Role
The Pilot is entrusted with the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft from taxi to landing, adhering to all regulatory guidelines, manufacturer specifications, and company operating manuals. Beyond technical flight operations, the Pilot serves as the primary point of contact for Owners and passengers, ensuring a seamless and superior travel experience. This includes pre-flight greetings, itinerary verification, weather briefings, and providing in-flight services such as catering and baggage handling. The Pilot must manage all aspects of aircraft operation, communicate effectively with maintenance control, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements

High School education.

Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification.

Current First Class Medical Certificate.

FAA ATP, Restricted ATP (R-ATP), or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating, including:

At least 21 years of age.

1,500 hours total flight time experience, or alternative hour requirements with specific university R-ATP or military pilot qualifications.

200 hours cross-country (>50 nm) flight time.

250 hours fixed-wing Pilot-In-Command (PIC).
-
100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.

75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight).

ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training.

50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.

FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.

Valid passport with authorization to work in and travel internationally from the U.S. without restriction.

Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Extreme flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes.

Ability to manage rest to be prepared for flight duty at all times.

Willingness to be away from home for extended periods (seven or more days and nights).

Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.

Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening.

Valid State driver's license.

Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).

Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and the ability to make a positive impression.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure.

Ability to make quick, accurate decisions with close attention to detail.

Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.

Ability to work around animals, including handling and care.

Ability to conduct flights for Owners who smoke.
