About the Role
As a NetJets Pilot, you are the face of the company, responsible for maintaining the highest safety standards while delivering concierge-level service. This dynamic role requires a professional aviator capable of adapting to various situations and exceeding Owner expectations. Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring safe aircraft operation per FAA guidelines, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Checklists, and NetJets operational manuals (Flight Operations Manual/Aircraft Operating Manual, Standard Operating Practices).

Providing comprehensive pre-flight briefings, including introductions, itinerary verification, weather updates, and safety information.

Delivering in-flight service, including catering and alcoholic beverages.

Managing baggage loading and stowage.
-
Accommodating Owners traveling with pets and those who smoke.

Serving as the final authority on all aircraft operations and regulatory compliance.

Acting as a primary liaison for Owners/passengers from FBO arrival until final destination departure.

Reporting maintenance abnormalities to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) and completing associated paperwork.
This position requires significant flexibility, with varying hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Pilots must effectively manage rest for flight duty, which can involve extended periods (up to fourteen hours daily for eight days) across different time zones and weather conditions. Regular extended stays away from home (seven or more days) in hotels are expected.

High School Diploma.

Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.

Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.

FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.

Valid United States passport for international travel without restrictions; Authorization to work in the U.S.

Valid State driver's license.

Flight Experience (FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet R-ATP requirements with multi-engine rating IAW 61.160):
-
Minimum age of 21 years.
-
1,500 hours total flight time experience; OR 1,250 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate; OR 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification; OR 1,000 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate.

200 hours cross-country (>50 nm) flight time.
-
250 hours fixed-wing Pilot-In-Command (PIC) time.
-
100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.

75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excludes simulator time).

ATP written examination completed prior to the start of Indoctrination Training.

50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.

Comfortable working around animals, including their handling and care, and accommodating Owners who smoke.

Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and US Customs security badges.

Successful completion of Transportation Security Administration (TSA) required background screening.
