NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Pilot (First Officer) to join their crewmember team, based in various locations across the Midwest Region of the United States. About the Role
The Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, ensuring a high level of service for NetJets Owners and passengers. This position involves technical aviation duties alongside providing an exceptional in-flight experience, acting as the primary point of contact for passengers from arrival at the FBO to their final destination. The Pilot is the final authority on the aircraft and must maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification.

Current First Class Medical Certificate.

FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.

Valid passport and authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction.

Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Flexibility and ability to adapt to rapid changes.

Ability to manage rest to be prepared for flight duty at all times.

Duty periods may last up to 14 hours per day for up to 8 days, spanning different time zones and weather conditions.

May be away from home for seven or more consecutive days and nights.

Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.

Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration (TSA) required background screening.

Valid United States passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.

Valid State driver's license.

Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.

Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and the ability to make a positive impression.

Strong capability to interact effectively with passengers.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure.

Ability to make quick and accurate decisions with close attention to detail, both technically and from a passenger-service perspective.

Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly to move objects.

Ability to work around animals, including handling and care before, during, and after Owner flights.

Ability to conduct flights for Owners who smoke.
Qualifications

FAA ATP, Restricted ATP (R-ATP), or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or R-ATP certificate with multi-engine rating, including:

At least 21 years of age.

1,500 hours total flight time, or 1,250 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate, or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification, or 1,000 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate.

200 hours of cross-country flight time (>50 nm).
-
250 hours of fixed-wing Pilot in Command (PIC) time.

100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with at least 45 night takeoffs and landings.

75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excludes simulator time).

ATP written completed prior to the start of Indoctrination Training.
-
50 hours of fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
