NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Pilot (First Officer) to join their team in the Midwest Region of the US. This role involves providing a superior air transportation experience, ensuring an impeccable safety record, and delivering exceptional service to NetJets Owners and passengers.

About the Role

The Pilot is responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft in accordance with all applicable regulations and company manuals. This position extends beyond traditional flying duties to encompass a comprehensive service experience, acting as the primary point of contact for passengers from arrival at the FBO until departure at their final destination. The Pilot is expected to manage in-flight services, handle baggage, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
• Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
• Valid passport and authorization to work in the U.S., with unrestricted international travel.
• Ability to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Extreme flexibility and ability to adapt to rapid changes.
• Capacity to manage rest to ensure flight duty preparedness.
• Willingness to be away from home for extended periods and stay in hotels.
• Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.
• Successful completion of Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background screening.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Service-oriented attitude with a neat, well-groomed appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly under pressure.
• Ability to make quick, accurate decisions with keen attention to detail, encompassing both technical and passenger service aspects.
• Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
• Comfort working around animals and handling them as needed.
• Ability to conduct flights for Owners who smoke.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with a multi-engine rating as per 14 CFR 61.160:
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1,500 hours total flight time; or 1,250 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate; or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification; or 1,000 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
• 200 hours of cross-country flight time (>50 nm).
• 250 hours of fixed-wing Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
• 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with at least 45 night takeoffs and landings.
• 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excluding simulator time).
• ATP written examination completed prior to the start of Indoctrination Training.
• 50 hours of fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
