NetJets | First Officer

NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Pilot (First Officer) for its South Region operations, covering multiple locations across the US, including Alexandria, LA; Eglin AFB, FL; Tampa, FL; and Atlanta, GA, among others. This role is for an experienced aviator responsible for providing a superior air transportation experience with an unwavering commitment to safety and exceptional passenger service.

About the Role

The Pilot serves as the face of NetJets, ensuring technically accurate and safe transportation while delivering an exceptional service experience for every NetJets Owner and passenger. This position requires a professional demeanor, acting as the final authority on the aircraft and fulfilling roles ranging from professional aviator to in-flight service provider. Responsibilities include the safe operation of the aircraft, passenger interaction, in-flight service, baggage handling, and liaison between passengers and the company.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification.
• Current First Class Medical Certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
• Valid passport with authorization to work in and travel internationally without restriction.
• Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes.
• Ability to manage rest to be prepared for flight duty.
• Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
• Must pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening.
• Valid State driver's license.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Service-oriented with a neat appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure.
• Ability to make quick, accurate decisions with attention to detail.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.
• Must be able to work around animals and accommodate Owners who smoke.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with a multi-engine rating.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time, or alternative hour requirements based on university R-ATP certificate or military pilot qualification.
• Minimum of 200 hours cross-country flight time.
• Minimum of 250 hours fixed-wing Pilot-In-Command (PIC) experience.
• Minimum of 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with specific night takeoff/landing experience.
• Minimum of 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight).
• ATP written completed prior to the start of Indoctrination Training.
• Minimum of 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
