NetJets Aviation, Inc., a global leader in private aviation, is seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented First Officer (FO) to join its flight crew across the South Central United States. About the Role

The First Officer is responsible for delivering superior private aviation service, maintaining NetJets' stringent safety standards, and providing exceptional concierge-level passenger interaction. This professional aviator role requires meticulous operational detail and a commitment to outstanding service.

• Operate aircraft safely in adherence to FAA guidelines, OEM Checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
• Conduct comprehensive pre-flight briefings for Owners/passengers on itinerary, weather, and safety.
• Provide complete in-flight service, including catering and beverage management.
• Handle and properly stow all passenger baggage; manage flights accommodating pets and smoking Owners.
• Act as the final authority on aircraft operations, ensuring full compliance with all safety and regulatory guidance.
• Serve as a primary liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets from FBO arrival to final destination departure.
• Accurately report maintenance discrepancies to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) and complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Meet FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate requirements for multi-engine rating (IAW 14 CFR 61.160), including:
  • 1,500 hours total flight time; OR 1,250 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate; OR 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification.
  • 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm), 250 hours fixed-wing Pilot in Command (PIC), 100 hours night flying (or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs/landings), 75 hours instrument time (excluding simulator), and 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
• Successful completion of the FAA ATP written examination prior to Indoctrination Training.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel internationally without restriction.
• Demonstrated operational flexibility: ability to work varying hours (days/nights, weekdays/weekends/holidays), adapt to rapid changes, manage rest, and be away from home for extended periods (e.g., 7+ days/nights).
• Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly under pressure, with ability to make swift, accurate decisions.
• Physical capability to exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly.
• Ability to pass TSA background screening and secure airport/US Customs security badges.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Current FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
• Valid United States Passport.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Neat, well-groomed professional appearance and service-oriented demeanor.
