Position Overview
NetJets, the global leader in private aviation for over 60 years, is seeking a professional First Officer for the South Central region. The Pilot is responsible for providing a superior air transportation experience, maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety, and delivering personalized, concierge-level service to NetJets Owners and passengers. The Pilot serves as the final authority on their aircraft and maintains a professional demeanor while balancing technical flight operations with in-flight service responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure safe aircraft operation during all phases of flight, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).

Greet passengers, provide safety briefings and itinerary updates, and manage flight logistics.

Deliver high-quality in-flight services, including the handling of catering and alcohol service.

Load and stow passenger baggage securely.

Accommodate passengers with pets and those who smoke.

Act as a liaison between passengers and NetJets from initial FBO arrival to final departure.

Report and document maintenance abnormalities to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must hold or meet the requirements for an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with a multi-engine rating (IAW 61.160), including:

Minimum 21 years of age.

1,500 hours total flight time (or 1,000–1,250 hours with qualifying military experience or university R-ATP credentials).

Required flight experience: 200 hours cross-country, 250 hours fixed-wing PIC, 100 hours night flight (or 75 hours with 45 night takeoffs/landings), 75 hours instrument time, and 50 hours fixed-wing multi-engine time.

Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.

FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.

Valid passport and legal authorization to work and travel internationally without restriction.

Ability to pass TSA background screenings and secure necessary airport/US Customs security badges.

Valid state driver’s license.

High School diploma or equivalent.

ATP written exam completion required prior to the start of Indoctrination Training.

Base Salary Range:
$86,015 - $117,706
