Position Overview
NetJets, the global leader in private aviation for over 60 years, is seeking a professional Pilot (First Officer) to join our team. This role is responsible for providing a superior, safe, and efficient air transportation experience. As the face of NetJets, the Pilot acts as both a skilled aviator and an in-flight service provider, ensuring a concierge-level experience for every passenger.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain full command of the aircraft, ensuring safe operation during taxi, take-off, and landing in compliance with FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, and company SOPs.

Provide exceptional service to Owners and passengers, including pre-flight briefings, weather updates, and itinerary management.

Execute in-flight service duties, including the professional handling of catering and alcohol.

Manage baggage loading and stowage requirements.

Maintain professionalism while conducting flights for passengers with pets or those who smoke.

Serve as the primary liaison between passengers and the company from arrival to departure at the FBO.

Report and document maintenance discrepancies via the Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
Requirements and Qualifications

Education:
High School Diploma required.

Certifications:
Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate and FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.

Training:
ATP written exam must be completed prior to the start of Indoctrination Training.

Flight Experience:
Must meet FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) requirements per 14 CFR 61.160, including:

At least 21 years of age.
-
50 hours of fixed-wing multi-engine time.
-
250 hours of fixed-wing Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
-
200 hours of cross-country flight time.
-
75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight).
-
100 hours of night flight (or 75 hours with at least 45 night take-offs and landings).

Total flight time requirements: 1,500 hours (or 1,000/1,250 hours based on qualifying military or university programs).

Regulatory:
Valid US Passport and the legal ability to work and travel internationally without restriction. Ability to pass TSA background screenings and secure required security/customs badges.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.

Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to rapid changes and varying schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary Range:
$86,015 - $117,706
