Position Overview
NetJets, the global leader in private aviation for over 60 years, is seeking a professional Pilot (First Officer) to join the East Region team. This role is responsible for providing a superior, safe, and highly personalized air transportation experience. The successful candidate will act as the face of the company, balancing technical aviation excellence with exceptional, concierge-level in-flight service.
Key Responsibilities

Operate aircraft safely through all phases of flight, including taxi, takeoff, and landing, in strict accordance with FAA regulations, OEM checklists, NetJets FOM/AOM, and SOPs.

Serve as the primary liaison for Owners and passengers, providing mission briefings, weather updates, and itinerary explanations.

Deliver high-quality in-flight service, including catering and alcohol service.

Manage ground-level duties, including baggage loading and stowage.

Maintain full command of the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Communicate maintenance discrepancies effectively to the Maintenance Control Center and complete all necessary documentation.

Accommodate diverse passenger needs, including flights involving pets and passengers who smoke.
Qualifications and Requirements

High School Diploma.
-
Possession of a First-Class Medical Certificate.

Completed FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) written exam prior to starting Indoctrination Training.

Must meet FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) requirements per 14 CFR 61.160, including:

Minimum 21 years of age.

Appropriate flight hour requirements (1,500 total hours; or 1,250 with university R-ATP; or 1,000 with military qualification/university R-ATP).

200 hours cross-country, 250 hours fixed-wing PIC, 100 hours night flight, 75 hours instrument time, and 50 hours multi-engine time.

FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.

Valid U.S. passport and the legal authorization to work and travel internationally without restriction.

Valid state driver's license.

Ability to pass TSA background screening and obtain airport authority/U.S. Customs security badges.

Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary Range:
$86,015 – $117,706
