Position Overview

The Pilot serves as the face of the company, ensuring technically accurate, safe flight operations while providing a concierge-level service experience for all passengers.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain full command of the aircraft at all times, ensuring safe operation from taxi through landing in accordance with FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, and company SOPs.

Act as a liaison for passengers from arrival at the FBO until departure at the final destination.

Brief passengers on flight itineraries, weather updates, and safety procedures.

Provide exceptional in-flight service, including catering and beverage management.

Handle luggage loading and stowage as required.

Support flights for passengers with pets and those who smoke.

Communicate maintenance discrepancies to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) and complete all associated documentation.
Required Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) written exam completed prior to Indoctrination Training.

Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
-
FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
-
Valid United States passport with the ability to travel internationally without restriction.

Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel internationally.

Valid State driver's license.
-
Must be able to read, write, and fluently speak English.
-
Must possess the ability to pass TSA background screenings and obtain airport/customs security badges.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Flight Experience Requirements (IAW 61.160)
Candidates must meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) with a multi-engine rating, including:

Minimum 21 years of age.

Total flight time: 1,500 hours (or 1,250 with university R-ATP; 1,000 with military qualification; 1,000 with university R-ATP).

200 hours of cross-country flight time (>50 nm).
-
250 hours of fixed-wing Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
-
100 hours of night flying (or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs/landings).
-
75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight).
-
50 hours of fixed-wing, multi-engine time.

Work Environment
This position requires extreme flexibility, including working varying hours (day/night, weekends, and holidays). Duty days may last up to 14 hours for up to 8 days. Pilots must be prepared to be away from home for 7+ days at a time and operate across various time zones and weather conditions.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary Range:
$86,015 - $117,706
