The Pilot is responsible for ensuring a superior and safe air transportation experience on every flight. He or she serves as the face of NetJets, providing technically accurate and safe operation of the aircraft while delivering exceptional service to NetJets Owners and passengers. He or she commands the largest and most diverse private jet fleet, flying the world’s most influential individuals to desirable destinations across the globe.

Responsibilities:

Safe operation of the aircraft, from taxi to take-off and landing, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, and NetJets' operating manuals.
Greeting Owners/passengers pre-flight, providing briefings, verifying itineraries, providing weather updates, and explaining any itinerary changes.
In-flight service, including handling alcohol and serving catering.
Loading and properly stowing baggage.
Handling and conducting flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
Acting as the final authority on the aircraft with respect to all areas of operation, including compliance with safety and regulatory guidance.
Serving as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets.
Communicating maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to NetJets.
Completing paperwork associated with maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating as follows (IAW 61.160):
- At least 21 years of age
  - 1,500 hours total flight time experience or
  - 1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate or
  - 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or
  - 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate
200 hours cross-country (>50 nm) flight time
250 hours fixed-wing PIC
100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings
75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excludes simulator time)
ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training
50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time
Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate
FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction.
Ability to work varying hours, including day and night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Extremely flexible and adaptable to rapid changes.
Ability to manage rest to be prepared for flight duty at all times.
Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
Valid State driver's license.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to make quick and accurate decisions with attention to detail.
Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
Ability to work around animals and conduct flights for Owners who smoke.
