Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate the aircraft from taxi to take-off and landing, adhering to all FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM) or Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
  • Greet Owners/passengers pre-flight, providing introductions, briefings on the flight/trip, itinerary verification, weather updates, and safety briefings. Communicate itinerary changes effectively.
  • Deliver in-flight service, including handling alcohol and catering service.
  • Load and properly stow all baggage.
  • Conduct flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
  • Act as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidance.
  • Serve as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at the FBO to departure from the final destination FBO.
  • Report any maintenance abnormalities to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) Controller and complete related paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP), Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certification with a multi-engine rating.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Flight time experience: 1,500 hours total, 1,250 hours with university R-ATP certificate, 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification, or 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
  • 200 hours cross-country flight time (greater than 50 nm).
  • 250 hours fixed-wing Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
  • 100 hours night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.
  • 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excludes simulator time).
  • ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training.
  • 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
  • Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
  • FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
  • Ability to work varying hours, including day and night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adjust to rapid changes.
  • Ability to manage rest to be prepared for flight duty.
  • Ability to be away from home for seven or more days and nights.
  • Ability to secure airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
  • Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening.
  • Valid State driver’s license.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
  • Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance, and ability to make a positive impression.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure.
  • Ability to make quick, accurate decisions while paying close attention to detail.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Ability to work around animals and conduct flights for Owners who smoke.

Base Salary Range:

$69,932 - $95,696
