Role Overview:

NetJets pilots serve as distinguished ambassadors, delivering exceptional service to every NetJets Owner and passenger. Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the safe operation of the aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Greets Owners and passengers, provides flight briefings, and communicates itinerary and weather information.
  • Delivers in-flight service, including handling of alcohol and catering.
  • Loads and properly stows baggage.
  • Manages flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
  • Acts as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Serves as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets.
  • Reports maintenance discrepancies to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) and completes related paperwork.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma.
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) written exam completion.
  • First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Must meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating, including:
    • Minimum age of 21.
    • 1,500 hours total flight time or equivalent R-ATP hours.
    • 200 hours cross-country flight time.
    • 250 hours fixed-wing pilot-in-command time.
    • 100 hours of night flying.
    • 75 hours of instrument time.
    • 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
  • Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
  • FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
  • Valid passport with no international travel restrictions.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and ability to manage rest for flight duties.
  • Ability to secure airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Service-oriented with a professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially under pressure.
  • Ability to make quick, accurate decisions with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly.
  • Ability to work around animals and manage flights for Owners who smoke.

Compensation:

Base salary range: $69,932 - $95,696.
