Position Purpose
The Pilot is responsible for delivering a superior air transportation experience while upholding an impeccable safety record. This individual acts as the face of NetJets, providing technically proficient and safe transport, along with exceptional service.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual, Aircraft Operating Manual, and Standard Operating Practices.
- Greet owners and passengers pre-flight, providing introductions, flight briefings, itinerary verifications, weather updates, and safety briefings.
- Provide in-flight service, including the handling of alcohol and catering.
- Load and stow all baggage properly.
- Accommodate flights for owners with pets and those who smoke.
- Serve as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory guidance.
- Act as a liaison between owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival to departure.
- Communicate maintenance issues to the NetJets Maintenance Control Center and complete necessary paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other (KSAOs)
- FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) with multi-engine rating.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Required flight time experience: 1,500 hours total flight time or 1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
- 200 hours cross-country flight time.
- 250 hours fixed-wing PIC.
- 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.
- 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight).
- ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training.
- 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
- Valid passport with international travel capability.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
- Ability to work varying hours, including day, night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes.
- Ability to manage rest to remain prepared for flight duty.
- Ability to travel and stay in hotels for extended periods.
- Ability to secure airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
- Pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening.
- Valid State driver's license.
- Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Service-oriented demeanor with a professional appearance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions with attention to detail.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Base Salary Range
$69,932 - $95,696
