Role Purpose:
The Pilot is accountable for delivering a superior air transportation experience with an impeccable safety record on every flight. Serving as a representative of NetJets, the Pilot will provide technically proficient and safe transport, complemented by exceptional customer service for every NetJets Owner and passenger.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the aircraft in accordance with FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual, and Standard Operating Practices.
- Greet Owners/passengers, provide pre-flight briefings, review itineraries, and deliver weather and safety updates.
- Provide in-flight service, including beverage and catering service.
- Load and properly stow baggage.
- Manage flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
- Serve as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise between Owners/passengers and NetJets throughout their travel experience.
- Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
- Complete all necessary paperwork related to maintenance discrepancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
Certifications and Licenses:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Written Exam.
- First Class Medical Certificate.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs):
- FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet requirements for ATP/R-ATP with multi-engine rating.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Flight time requirements: 1,500 hours total, 1,250 hours with R-ATP, 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification, or 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
- 200 hours cross-country flight time.
- 250 hours fixed-wing Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
- 100 hours of night flying (or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings).
- 75 hours of instrument time.
- Completion of the ATP written exam prior to Indoctrination Training.
- 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
- Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional flexibility and ability to adjust to rapid changes.
- Capability to manage rest and be prepared for flight duty.
- Ability to work up to fourteen hours per day for up to eight days, potentially spanning time zones and weather extremes.
- Prepared to be away from home for extended periods (seven or more days and nights).
- Ability to secure required airport authority and US Customs security badges.
- Ability to pass TSA background screening.
- Valid State driver's license.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).

Base Salary Range:
$69,932 - $95,696
