This pivotal role requires an individual to serve as a brand ambassador, delivering an unparalleled private jet travel experience defined by safety, bespoke service, and sophisticated hospitality for NetJets Owners.
About the Role

Ensure passenger safety and security, adhering to the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM) and standard operating procedures.

Conduct preflight inspections; provide expert briefings on aircraft safety, comfort, and entertainment systems.

Source high-quality catering, meeting luxury standards and Owner preferences.

Deliver elevated inflight service, including premium beverage and food presentation, turndown service, and execution of bespoke Owner profiles.

Manage cabin baggage stowage in accordance with regulatory and company policies.

Collaborate effectively within a team, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols and internal teams (e.g., Owner Services).

Serve as a trusted liaison for Owners and passengers, ensuring a seamless, luxurious experience from FBO to destination.

Communicate cabin-related maintenance concerns to the Pilot in Command for prompt resolution.

Complete administrative duties, including inventory documentation and crew reports, with accuracy.

Maintain a clean and organized aircraft cabin to company standards.

Apply innovative thinking and prompt decision-making in dynamic environments.
Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree (hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts) preferred.

2-4 years of relevant experience.

Experience in premium/luxury service industries (e.g., private aviation, yachting, fine dining).

Minimum 21 years of age.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid State-issued driver’s license and valid passport with unrestricted international travel capability.

Ability to obtain airport and U.S. Customs security credentials, including TSA background screenings.

Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Maintain Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance post-hire, including successful completion of the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program.

Exceptional adaptability in dynamic, fast-changing environments.

Availability for a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to manage rest for active duty, accommodating flight duty periods up to 14 hours daily over 8 days, across multiple time zones and climates.

Willingness to travel away from home for 7+ consecutive days/nights.

Comfort working with animals and providing care during flights.
