About the Role

As a brand ambassador for NetJets, the Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of passengers while providing an elite, personalized, and luxurious in-flight experience. This role demands a high level of service excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and exceed the expectations of NetJets Owners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and security by adhering to all manuals, procedures, and policies.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and warmly welcome passengers.
• Source and manage high-quality catering to luxury standards.
• Deliver elevated in-flight service, including premium beverage and food presentation.
• Safely stow all cabin baggage.
• Accommodate special requests, including flights with pets or where smoking is permitted, with discretion.
• Collaborate effectively with other crew members and internal teams for a seamless passenger experience.
• Act as a liaison between passengers and NetJets from arrival to departure.
• Communicate any cabin-related maintenance issues to the Pilot in Command.
• Complete administrative duties accurately, including inventory and reports.
• Maintain the aircraft cabin in a clean and organized state.
• Utilize innovative thinking and decision-making in dynamic environments.

Requirements

• Minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Outstanding communication skills with clarity and professionalism.
• Proficient in personal computing, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to occupy assigned jumpseat and secure safety restraints per FAA regulations.
• Maneuver safely within aircraft cabin dimensions and operate emergency exits.
• Flexible work schedule availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exceptional adaptability and ability to perform in dynamic environments.
• Ability to manage personal rest effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days.
• Eligible to obtain necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials.
• Successfully pass TSA background screenings and obtain required clearances.
• Possession of a valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
• Valid State-issued driver’s license.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
• Polished, service-oriented appearance and demeanor.
• Superior oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure.
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to exert physical force as required for moving objects.
• Comfort working around animals.
• Must maintain required Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance post-hire.
• Must successfully complete the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• Prior experience in premium or luxury service industries.
• Familiarity with high-touch service environments (e.g., private aviation, yachting, Michelin-starred dining).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts.
