NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Flight Attendant based in the US to join their crewmember team. This role is responsible for delivering an elite and personalized air travel experience while upholding the highest standards of safety and security for NetJets Owners and passengers.
About the Role
As an ambassador for the NetJets brand, the Flight Attendant is the face of the company, combining safety leadership with refined in-flight service and bespoke hospitality. This position ensures that every flight reflects NetJets' unwavering commitment to safety above all, followed by a seamless and luxurious travel experience that anticipates and exceeds Owner expectations. Key responsibilities include ensuring cabin safety and security, conducting pre-flight inspections, welcoming passengers, providing personalized briefings, managing catering and service delivery, stowing baggage, and collaborating with various internal teams to guarantee a consistently high level of service from arrival to departure.
Requirements

Must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age.

Outstanding communication skills with clarity, professionalism, and poise.

Proficient in personal computing, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to occupy assigned jumpseat and secure safety restraints in accordance with FAA regulations.

Ability to maneuver safely within aircraft cabin dimensions and operate emergency exits.

Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Exceptional adaptability and ability to perform in dynamic and fast-changing environments.

Ability to manage personal rest effectively.

Willing and able to travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days and nights.

Eligible to obtain all necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials.

Successfully pass all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background screenings.

Possess a valid passport and maintain the ability to travel internationally without restriction.

Hold a valid State-issued driver’s license.

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.

Highly polished, service-oriented appearance and demeanor.

Superior oral and written communication skills, particularly under pressure.

Sound judgment and decision-making abilities with acute attention to detail.

Ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Comfortable working around animals.

Must maintain required Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance post-hire.
Qualifications

High School education.

2-4 years of experience.

Prior experience in premium or luxury service industries.

Familiarity with high-touch service environments such as private aviation, yachting, Michelin-starred dining, or concierge services.

Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts.
