Purpose of Position
The Flight Attendant serves as a brand ambassador, entrusted with delivering an elite, personalized air travel experience while upholding the highest standards of safety and security. This role combines safety leadership with bespoke hospitality to ensure every flight exceeds the expectations of NetJets Owners.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of all passengers in accordance with the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM), Standard Operating Procedures, and regulatory policies.

Conduct interior preflight inspections and serve as the subject matter expert on aircraft safety, comfort, and entertainment systems.

Source high-quality catering that aligns with luxury standards and individual Owner preferences.

Deliver elevated inflight service, including premium food and beverage presentation and turndown service.

Maintain cabin organization and ensure baggage is stowed safely per company and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Owner Services and Pilot teams, to ensure a seamless flight experience from the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) arrival to final destination.

Proactively communicate maintenance needs and perform administrative duties, including inventory management and service reporting.
Candidate Qualifications
Education and Experience
-
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts preferred.

2–4 years of experience required.

Prior experience in premium or luxury service industries (e.g., private aviation, yachting, Michelin-starred dining, or concierge services) is highly valued.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum age of 21.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must be able to occupy assigned jumpseat, secure safety restraints, and operate emergency exits per FAA regulations.

Must be able to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally.

Ability to travel for seven or more consecutive days; availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must pass all TSA background screenings and maintain eligibility for U.S. Customs and airport security credentials.

Valid passport and State-issued driver’s license required.

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Comfortable working around animals on board.

Must successfully complete the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program.
