Purpose of Position
As an ambassador of the NetJets brand, the Flight Attendant is entrusted with delivering an elite, personalized air travel experience while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to safety and security. This role serves as the face of NetJets, combining safety leadership with refined, bespoke hospitality to ensure every flight reflects the company's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of all Owners and passengers in adherence to the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM) and standard operating procedures.

Conduct interior preflight inspections, provide personalized safety briefings, and serve as the subject matter expert on all aircraft systems.

Source high-quality catering and deliver elevated inflight service, including premium food and beverage presentation and turndown service.

Maintain cabin organization and ensure all baggage is safely stowed per regulatory policies.

Manage cabin services for flights involving pets or smoking, maintaining discretion and excellence.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Owner Services and Pilot in Command, to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience.

Perform administrative duties, including inventory management, service reporting, and cabin maintenance.
Candidate Requirements

Education:
High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts preferred.

Experience:
2-4 years of experience required; prior experience in premium or luxury service industries (private aviation, yachting, or concierge) is preferred.

Age:
Minimum of 21 years of age.

Certifications:
Must hold a valid passport, a valid state-issued driver’s license, and be able to obtain all necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials.

Compliance:
Must successfully pass all TSA background screenings and complete the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to occupy jumpseats, maneuver within cabin dimensions, operate emergency exits, and lift/move up to 60 pounds.

Schedule:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and travel for seven or more consecutive days.
