Purpose of Position
As an ambassador of the NetJets brand, the Flight Attendant is entrusted with delivering an elite and personalized air travel experience while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to safety and security. This role serves as the face of NetJets, combining safety leadership, refined inflight service, and bespoke hospitality to exceed the expectations of every Owner.
Tasks and Responsibilities

Maintain the safety and security of all Owners and passengers in accordance with the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM), Service Procedures Checklist, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Conduct thorough interior preflight inspections and serve as the subject matter expert on all aircraft safety, comfort, and entertainment systems.

Source high-quality catering and deliver elevated inflight service, including premium food and beverage presentation and turndown service.

Ensure cabin baggage is correctly and safely stowed in compliance with regulatory policies.

Execute bespoke Owner profiles and maintain discretion while facilitating flights for Owners with pets or those who permit smoking.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Owner Services and NetJets Service Representatives, to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Act as a liaison for Owners from arrival at the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) through final destination.

Communicate cabin maintenance needs to the Pilot in Command.

Complete all administrative duties, including inventory documentation, service passdowns, and required crew reports.

Maintain the aircraft cabin in a clean and organized state consistent with company standards.

Address complex issues with innovative thinking and sound decision-making in dynamic environments.
Education and Experience

Education:
High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts preferred.

Experience:
2-4 years of professional experience, ideally in premium or luxury service environments such as private aviation, yachting, Michelin-starred dining, or concierge services.

Minimum age of twenty-one (21).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must be able to occupy the assigned jumpseat, secure restraints, and operate emergency exits per FAA regulations.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to manage personal rest to support duty periods lasting up to 14 hours daily over an 8-day period.

Must be available to travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days.

Must be eligible for all necessary airport and U.S. Customs security credentials and pass all TSA background screenings.

Must hold a valid passport for international travel and a valid state-issued driver’s license.

Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Physical ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally.

Comfortable working around animals.

Must maintain FAA certification and successfully complete the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program.
