About the Role

Neos, an esteemed Italian airline and a key entity within Alpitour World, is seeking Not Certified Flight Attendants for its base at Milan Malpensa. The selected candidates will embark on a comprehensive four-month training internship, preparing them for a challenging and rewarding career in aviation, representing Italian excellence in international flight operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid EU passport.
• Hold a high school degree.
• Minimum height of 165 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoe with outstretched arms, without shoes or support.
• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B1 level).
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• Must have an absence of a criminal record.
• Hold a Category B driving licence.
• Possess good visual acuity; contact lenses are permissible.
• Demonstrate good swimming capacity.
• Maintain an accurate and presentable image.
• Exhibit a predisposition for interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrate an aptitude for group work.
• Possess flexibility, punctuality, proactivity, and adaptability.
• Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts.
• Willingness to undergo vaccination against yellow fever.
