The National Test Pilot School (NTPS), recognized globally as the premier organization for total flight test training and education, is actively recruiting an exceptional Fixed Wing Test Pilot Instructor. This role is integral to our esteemed cadre of flight test professionals.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of comprehensive flight test course materials. Responsibilities include providing both academic and airborne instruction covering all facets of the Fixed Wing Pilot and Flight Test Engineer (P&FQ) and Systems curriculum. Instruction will be delivered to a diverse student population, including aspiring Test Pilots and Flight Test Engineers.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are paramount, enabling effective engagement with individuals possessing a broad spectrum of experience and varied cultural backgrounds. The ability to articulate complex subjects clearly, ensuring assimilation and practical application by all students, is a critical requirement.
NTPS offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a substantial salary range of $200,000 to $250,000 per year. Relocation assistance is available.
