We are currently accepting applications for the role of Aircraft Training Captain on the A220 fleet. You will be responsible to the Head of Aircraft Training and Checking (HATC) for the performance of training duties in the aircraft, and other duties as described below.
To be selected for this role, you will have:
A220 Type rating
Minimum 100 hours A220 Pilot in Command
Minimum 1000 hours on jet aircraft
Minimum 4000 hours total experience
Previous experience as a training captain on jet aircraft
Australian ATPL, or ICAO ATPL with ability to transfer to Australian ATPL
Demonstrate above proficient non-technical skills and an in-depth understanding of the impact of human factors on performance
Display excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
Demonstrate an inclusive and respectful leadership qualities
Have a proven ability to work as part of a team
Maintain an exemplary standard of professionalism, integrity and ethics, along with a high standard of conduct and behaviour consistent with Qantas values
