Mountain Air Cargo (MAC), a distinguished FedEx feeder cargo carrier, invites qualified pilots to advance their aviation careers. MAC provides comprehensive flight and maintenance services across the Midwest and Eastern United States. The company operates a robust fleet exceeding 50 aircraft, including ATR 42/72, Cessna 208 Caravan, and the C408 Sky Courier. MAC conducts approximately 100 daily flights under both 121 and 135 regulations, with pilots and mechanics strategically based in over 50 cities.

Compensation and Incentives
- Initial Hire Salary: A base pay of $68,000 per year, complemented by a per diem of $45 per day.
- First-Year Earning Potential: Expected earnings of up to $85,000.
- Longevity Credit: Up to 2 years of credit for previous experience in 91k, 121, 135 operations, or military aviation.

Job Qualification Requirements
Prospective candidates must possess the following qualifications to be considered for this position:
- Certification: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) with a Multi-Engine Land (MEL) rating.
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 1800 hours.
- Multi-Engine Land: A minimum of 300 hours.
- Pilot in Command (PIC): A minimum of 500 hours.
- Cross Country: A minimum of 500 hours.
- Night Flight: A minimum of 100 hours.
- Instrument Flight: A minimum of 100 hours (at least 75 hours must be logged in an aircraft).
- Turbine Aircraft: A minimum of 100 hours.
- Proficiency: Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) proficiency and currency are mandatory.
- Passport: A current passport is required.
- Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess valid U.S. Work Authorization.
