Milskil seeks an experienced Instructor Pilot to join their team at RAAF Base Amberley, Queensland, Australia. The role focuses on training Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) aircrew for the F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler aircraft, utilizing advanced simulation systems and training environments.

About the Role

This position is part of the Milskil Amberley training team, responsible for key elements of the F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler aircrew training systems. Responsibilities encompass simulation systems operation, mission support, training operations, and general simulator operations. The role is dedicated to training the next generation of warfighters and involves working within a team environment focused on high standards and leading-edge military training.

Requirements

• Must possess prior EA-18G Growler instructional experience.
• Required to be an Australian or U.S. Citizen.
• Must be eligible for and able to maintain a minimum of an NV2 Australian security clearance (or currently hold a U.S. DOD TS/TS-SCI clearance for U.S. citizens).
• Must pass a federal police check.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering world-class warfighter training support to the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
• Ability to excel in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) required.
• Fast Jet pilot background is preferred.
• Current TS/TS-SCI clearance is required for U.S. candidates.
