The Manager of Mesa Pilot Development (MPD) reports to the Vice President of Mesa Pilot Development. The candidate is responsible for supporting the Mesa Pilot development team and its pilots. This role is critical to the program's success and requires a positive, motivated, and fast-paced individual that is organized, able to multitask, and willing to travel. Exceptional communication skills are necessary for this position, verbal and written.
Essential Functions:
* Works with MPD leadership and Flight operations team.
* Providing support to all MPD pilots and base operators.
* Act as a Liaison from Pilots to administration.
* Meets weekly with the MPD team with flight hours and on-time performance.
* Dispatches All MPD flights.
* All other duties as assigned
