Requirements for Direct Entry Captain
Qualified candidates for the Direct Entry Captain position must possess the following:
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License.
- Minimum of 1,000 hours of Part 121.436 qualifying experience.
- E175, CL65, or B737 Type Rating preferred.
- A minimum of 100 hours of flight experience within the previous 12 months preferred.
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Ability to demonstrate instrument proficiency.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Must be at least 23 years of age.
- Possession of a current, valid Passport.
- Legal ability to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
- Ability to successfully pass a security background check and FAA-mandated drug test.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to read and speak the English language fluently.
