Medway Air Ambulance, a leading US provider of fixed-wing air ambulance services, seeks a First Officer to operate Learjet 35/45 aircraft in the USA. This home-based role operates on an 8-days-on / 6-days-off rotation, focused on safely transporting patients.

About the Role

Medway Air Ambulance is seeking a dedicated First Officer (Second in Command) to join its operations. The successful candidate will fly Learjet 35/45 aircraft for fixed-wing air ambulance missions, ensuring the safe and timely transport of patients. This position demands flexibility, with duties including day and night operations, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The role requires pilots to be mission-focused and patient-advocacy-minded, comfortable with the unique demands of healthcare-driven medical transport.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1,000 hours total flight time.
• Current Commercial, Instrument, and Multi-Engine Land pilot ratings.
• Possession of a current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate.
• Hold a current FCC Radio Operator License.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Valid passport allowing unrestricted international travel.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel internationally without restriction.
• Must pass TSA-required background screening.
• Must obtain appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
• Flexibility to work varying duty slots including day and night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• CPL (Commercial Pilot License).
• Type rating for Learjet 35/45 aircraft is required.
