Professional Flight Instructor (CFII)

The organization seeks a highly motivated and professional Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) to join its dynamic aviation team. This pivotal role is dedicated to elevating the company's professional pilot training standards and ensuring the highest levels of safety and instructional quality.

Ideal candidates must demonstrate an unwavering commitment to teamwork, operational excellence, and, most importantly, achieving superior instructional outcomes for every client. This position offers exceptional opportunities for logging significant, high-quality flight time within a professional and highly focused environment.

Applicants whose primary goal is solely to build minimum required flight hours are strongly discouraged from applying. The successful instructor prioritizes sharing their genuine passion for flying and meticulously putting the educational goals of their client ahead of personal objectives.

Core Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and safety throughout all instructional activities.
  • Collaborate effectively within a dedicated team environment to enhance overall training protocols and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate a client-centric approach, proactively prioritizing and achieving student instructional objectives in both ground and flight phases.
  • Contribute actively to the growth and continuous improvement of the professional pilot training program.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current and Valid FAA Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) Certificate is required.
  • A minimum of 250 hours of dual instruction given is highly preferred.
  • Prior operational experience with advanced glass cockpits, specifically Garmin G1000 flight systems, is considered a significant advantage.
