Cabin Crew Position - MAVİ GÖK HAVACILIK A.Ş
MAVİ GÖK HAVACILIK A.Ş is seeking Cabin Crew members for the 2025 season. This Specialist-level position, based at the airline's Antalya location (Requisition ID: 843), welcomes applications from both experienced and inexperienced candidates.
Essential Qualifications:
- Turkish citizenship and passport are mandatory.
- Residency in, or the ability to relocate to, Antalya is required.
- For experienced candidates, a maximum of five years should have elapsed since the last flight duty date, and possession of an Attestation (TES) certificate is required.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in at least one European language (German, Italian, Dutch, or Polish preferred) is highly advantageous.
- A relevant associate's or bachelor's degree (Civil Aviation Cabin Services preferred) is desirable.
- A clean criminal record is required.
- The candidate must present a presentable appearance while wearing the Cabin Crew uniform; visible piercings, burns, or scars are unacceptable.
- Minimum height requirements are 1.60 cm for female candidates and 1.70 cm for male candidates; height must be proportionate to weight.
- Candidates must be medically fit for flight duty; a "Fit to Fly" report from a Directorate General of Civil Aviation-approved hospital will be required prior to training.
- Male candidates must have completed military service or have a minimum of one year's deferment.

Selection Process:

The first stage involves verbal and written foreign language proficiency exams. Successful candidates will then proceed to a board interview at the company's Antalya headquarters. Prior to the interview, height and weight measurements will be taken, and documents will be verified. Foreign language proficiency will be a key assessment throughout the interview process. Finally, successful candidates will undergo a health check-up at a Directorate General of Civil Aviation-authorized hospital, in accordance with Aviation Health Instruction (SHT-MED), before commencing employment.
