Key Requirements and Qualifications:

• Aircraft Type Rating:

  A valid B737 aircraft type rating is a mandatory requirement. This rating must remain valid for a minimum of two months from the commencement of employment.

• Licensing:

  Candidates must hold a Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), and Multi-Engine (ME) rating.

• License Recognition:

  The airline accepts licenses issued by DGCA (Turkey) and EASA.

• Medical Certification:

  A Class 1 medical certificate is required.

• English Language Proficiency:

  An ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 4 or higher is necessary.

• Additional Criteria:

  • Fluency in the Turkish language is essential.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in civil aviation is required.
  • Candidates must present a clean criminal record.
  • A demonstrable history free from accidents or incidents is mandatory.
  • Male candidates are required to have completed their military service.
  • No prior written penalties from the DGCA or any previous employers for flight failure or indiscipline will be considered.
