- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 5000 hours of total flight experience is required.
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: Candidates must possess a minimum of 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command in the relevant aircraft type.
- Type Rating: A valid type rating for the aircraft operated by Mavi Gok Airlines is a mandatory requirement.
- Specific Flight Experience: Applicants must demonstrate at least 2,500 hours of flight experience on aircraft types exceeding 27 tons.
- License: An Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is essential for this role.
- License Recognition: Holders of DGCA (Turkey) and EASA licenses are encouraged to apply.
- Medical Certification: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is a prerequisite.
- English Proficiency: A minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 is required.
