Captain / First Officer – Corporate Flight Department

Marvin is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Captain or First Officer to join its corporate flight department operating a Beech 1900D aircraft. As a family-owned business with over 47 years of experience in corporate aviation, Marvin prioritizes safety, customer service, and operational excellence.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Chief Pilot, the flight crew member is responsible for conducting preflight and post-flight inspections, filing and reviewing flight plans, and analyzing weather conditions. The position involves supervising aircraft servicing, assuming flight duties as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or Second-in-Command (SIC), participating in the department’s Safety Management System, reporting maintenance discrepancies, and adhering to all company and manufacturer Standard Operating Procedures.

Candidate Requirements

  • Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Commercial Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine-Land).
  • FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Ability to obtain PIC/SIC type rating in company aircraft (BE-1900D).
  • Valid Passport with no travel restrictions and a valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and lift 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety with a record free of accidents or violations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.

Flight Time Requirements

Captain Experience:

  • 3,000 hours total flight time.
  • 500 hours turbine time.

First Officer Experience:

  • 1,500 hours total flight time.
  • 350 hours multi-engine time.
  • 100 hours instrument time.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000. Marvin offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
