The successful candidate must possess a valid EASA ATPL (A) or CPL (A) with ATPL credit or MPL (A) without operator bonding. He/She must hold a current EASA Medical Certificate Class 1. A valid A320 Type Rating is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3000 hours total flight time, with at least 1000 hours specifically on A32F aircraft. A minimum of 2000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time is required, including at least 500 PIC hours on the A32F.
Proficiency in Aviation English, demonstrated by ICAO level 4 or above, is mandatory.
