The Role
The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding Marabuis's unwavering commitment to safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities include:
- Executing safe and efficient flight operations in strict adherence to company procedures, national regulations, and international aviation standards.
- Ensuring meticulous compliance with all flight documentation and record-keeping protocols.
- Fostering effective communication and collaboration with flight crew, cabin crew, ground personnel, and air traffic control.
- Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discipline at all times.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Prospective candidates must demonstrate a robust and proven track record in aviation, fulfilling the following stringent requirements:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 3,000 hours of cumulative flight experience.
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: A minimum of 2,000 hours logged as Pilot-in-Command.
- PIC Time on Type: At least 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command on the specific aircraft type.
- Total Time on Type: A comprehensive 1,000 hours of flight experience on the specific aircraft type.
- Type Rating: A current and valid Type Rating relevant to the operational aircraft is strictly required.
- Licensing: Possession of a valid EASA Frozen ATPL or full ATPL, inclusive of Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine (ME) endorsements.
- Medical Certification: A valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English Language Proficiency: Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
