Role Purpose

The Ground Instructor ATPL is responsible for delivering high-quality ground training to students enrolled in the ATPL program. This role includes providing instruction in various theoretical subjects related to aviation, including but not limited to aerodynamics, meteorology, air navigation, flight planning, aviation law, and aircraft systems. The ATPL Ground Instructor ensures that all instructional materials are up-to-date, aligns with regulatory standards, and meets the learning objectives of the training curriculum. The instructor will be expected to foster a positive and engaging learning environment, helping students achieve academic excellence in preparation for their ATPL exams. The position also involves assessment of student performance, providing feedback, and offering additional support to students as needed to ensure their success.

Key Accountability

The Ground Instructor (GI) is directly reporting to the MANAGER, GROUND SCHOOL (ATPL) and responsible in all aspects of Ground Training activities as the following:
