Key Responsibilities
- Commanding aircraft with absolute authority and responsibility for the safe and efficient conduct of flights in accordance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and national/international regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers and crew members throughout the flight.
- Exercising sound judgment and making critical decisions, particularly under challenging or time-sensitive conditions.
- Maintaining strict adherence to flight schedules and optimizing operational efficiency while prioritizing safety.
- Fostering a professional, collaborative, and disciplined environment within the cockpit and among the flight crew.
- Conducting meticulous pre-flight checks, in-flight monitoring, and post-flight procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Prospective candidates are expected to possess:
- A valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with relevant type ratings.
- Extensive flight experience, demonstrating significant command time on commercial aircraft.
- A proven track record of commitment to aviation safety, compliance with international air regulations (ICAO, local CAAs), and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- The ability to work effectively and adaptively in a dynamic, high-pressure, and multicultural operational environment.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- A valid Medical Fitness Class 1 Certificate.
